Online SAT/ACT Registration Notes

You can sign up for the PSAT and the PLAN (pre-test for the ACT) with Student Services. Student Services DOES NOT do the sign-ups for the SAT or the ACT. You must sign up for those tests online.
Sign up for the SAT at www.collegeboard.com NCUHS High School code is 460280 Deadlines for the SAT Register by Test Date September 9 October 4 September 26 November 11 November 5 December 6 Deadlines for the ACT Register by Test Date September 19 October 25 November 7 December 13 January 6 February 7 Take both the SAT and ACT if possible (you may do better on one or the other). However, both tests cost around $50, so you may have to choose one. See you counselor if you receive free or reduced hot lunch, if you are in TRIO, Upward Bound or some other program, to receive your free waiver. Search for the Site Code for either NCUHS, Lake Region or St. Johnsbury Academy on a day that works for you (the earlier the better). Seniors should take SAT/ACT in the fall of their senior year. Juniors should take the SAT/ACT in the spring of their junior year. Get enough sleep, eat a good breakfast and show up early with your printed admission ticket. Good luck! |
